Questions and answers
Is the quality the same as in the PDF?
Yes. JPG images come out exactly as they are; the others are saved as lossless PNG.
Why are some pictures missing?
Small images are skipped by the setting, and drawings made of lines are not images. Use PDF to images to save whole pages.
I got a .jp2 file. What is it?
A JPEG 2000 image, taken out as it was. Most image apps open it.
